Who is the course for?

This training is open to anyone navigating workplace dynamics, family relationships, or community settings. It is particularly useful for those wishing to develop skills and techniques in response to others in conflict to reduce formal processes.

Courses typically run from 09:30 to 16:30 and may be delivered online or in person.

You can expect:

  • A short morning and afternoon break and a 45-minute lunch

  • A digital course manual (with printed copies available for in-person sessions)

The course is highly interactive and experiential. You’ll take part in group discussions, small-group activities, practical exercies and reflections.

We’ll check in on individual learning needs before the session and adjust wherever possible to support accessibility and inclusion.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful engagement. The maximum number of learners is usually 12-16. Sub-group work will be carried out with 3 or 4 learners, depending on numbers.
