Who is the course for?

This training is open to anyone who supports others in some way. Whether you’re navigating workplace dynamics, family relationships, or community settings, the tools shared in this course can help you build stronger conversations and deeper connections.

People who’ve found it especially valuable include:

Courses typically run from 09:30 to 16:30 and may be delivered online or in person.

You can expect:

  • A short morning and afternoon break and a 45-minute lunch
  • A mix of activities to suit different learning styles
  • A digital course manual (with printed copies available for in-person sessions)

The course is highly interactive and experiential. You’ll take part in group discussions, small-group activities, practical exercises and reflections.

We’ll check in on individual learning needs before the session and adjust wherever possible to support accessibility and inclusion.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful engagement. The maximum number of learners is usually 12-16. Sub-group work will be carried out with 3 or 4 learners, depending on numbers.
